FORGED PRODUCTS

Since its establishment, we have focused our efforts on manufacturing difficult-to-produce irregular forged parts. Through our time-tested technology and rational forging production system, we mass-produce high-precision, high-strength products. Furthermore, in our hot forging process, artisans with national trade qualifications use air drop hammers to forge materials such as steel, appraising the exquisite finish with their eyes and skills.

Main Products

Our connecting rods are important safety parts for engines.
Despite an average weight of only 0.3 kg, we mass-produce uniquely shaped parts requiring extremely high precision and strength through hot forging, and have built a high share in the production of four-wheel and two-wheel engine connecting rods for many Japanese automobile manufacturers, including domestic, export, and knockdown production.

  • Connecting rod

    Connecting rod

A connecting rod is the link (connecting bar) that joins the piston and the crankshaft inside an engine. It is a part that converts the reciprocating linear motion of the piston, caused by the force of an internal explosion, into rotational motion. Because the piston is pushed down at high pressure and high speed, the connecting rod must be very strong, precise, and lightweight.

  • Rocker Arm

    Rocker Arm

This is one of the valve train parts installed within the cylinder head inside the engine, and because it plays the role of receiving power from the camshaft and operating the valves, it is a part that requires high precision, strength, and light weight.
