Features
Intermittent letterpress label printing machine, JNAS, is equipped with a proprietary automatic register control and monitoring system that automates registration adjustment work that is previously done manually, reducing pre-print preparation time. In addition, it monitors misregistration during automatic operation and automatically corrects any misalignment that occurs, allowing an operator to perform other tasks in parallel during automatic operation, resulting in a significant increase in production efficiency.
In addition, one-touch operation and visualization of numerical values have made job changes more efficient, as shown below.
