FLEXIBLE DIES
Flexible dies, which are cutting blades formed by applying etching and machining to a thin metal plate, are utilized in a wide range of fields including sheets, films, and labels, as well as printing, packaging, electronic components, and medical adhesive tapes.
They feature a structure that is easy to replace and optimal for high-mix, low-volume production. In-house production system allows us to deliver products at low cost and with short delivery times.
What is a flexible die?
Flexible dies are plates with blades formed in micron units through etching and machining. They are attached to a magnetic cylinder and used for die-cutting processing.
Standard Specifications
- Uses stainless steel material for superior rust resistance.
- Etching process: Production of micro-fine patterns.
- Machining process: Creation of sharp blade edges.
