Die-cutting machines
We design and manufacture a wide variety of specialized machines that can meet the demands for "automation," "labor saving," and "high speed" required in various industries, including dedicated rotally die-cutting machines equipped with our die-cut rolls.
We have test cutting machines installed and offer a test cutting service.
By evaluating the cutting of materials, we can quantify the blade insertion amount, pressure, tension value, etc., and make proposals from various perspectives, such as new ways to utilize each material and increase production eficiency.

We also manufacture cutting units using die-cut rolls and crease rolls. This photo shows a large unit. You can see the size of the unit and rolls compared to the operator performing adjustment work. We propose and manufacture various units, from small to large, in line with customer requests.
